Drapery Folds
Accordia Fold
These are hung below the track on snaps and can be hand or cord-drawn. It can be a substitute to traditional partitions, and delivers a clean, uniform look front-to-back. It has the highest stacking depth of all header styles and easily breaks away from the tracking system, making it ideal for healthcare facilities.
Pinch Pleat
Also known as French or Parisian pleat, it’s a classic drapery heading that can be fabricated from almost any type of fabric. It creates a full, even look to drapery as the excess fabric from the pleats undulates across a window. It’s best suited in providing full light blackout.
Ripple Fold
For a more contemporary style, the ripplefold is your best bet. The ripples are created by carriers corded together to create a consistent wave. It’s also ideal for designs with prints or patterns since there are no pleats to distort it, it also shows the same appearance on both sides.
